The Las Vegas Motor Speedway is a 1,200 acre complex with four tracks. The track was reconfigured for the 2007 NEXTEL Cup Series race, with progressive banking, increasing the angle of the track the higher up the side the cars go. A new fan zone called "The Neon Garage" was constructed as well as a new pit road closer to the fans. Kurt Busch was the first driver to test a stockcar on the new track.
