The Sharpie Mini 300 is a NASCAR race that takes place at Bristol Motor Speedway. It is the first Busch Series race and covers 300 laps and 160 miles.

The race first took place in 1982, and is sponsored by Sharpie. It was formerly known as the Sharpie Professional 250 from 2004-05, the Channellock 250 from 2002-03, Cheez-It 150 from 2000-01, Moore's Snacks 250 from 1997-99, Goody's Headache Powder 250 in 1996, Goody's 250 from 1994-95, Budweiser 250 from 1990-93, Budweiser 200 from 1985-89 and Southeastern 150 from its start in 1982 to 1983.

The race length has changed a number of times, moving from 200 laps to 250 in 2000 and then up to the current 300 laps in 2006. The 2006 winner was Kyle Busch, who followed two-time champion Kevin Harvick, who won in both 2005 and 2003. Mark Truex, Jr. won the Sharpie Mini 300 in 2004, and the 2002 winner was Jeff Green. The race is preceded by the Nicorette 300 and followed by the O'Reilly 300. The races have recently begun to be broadcast on network television, with ESPN airing a new Busch Series television package on ABC.
